Our company has been operating in China for many years and we have experienced solid growth during this time. Our operation in China has been incredibly successful and we are taking the opportunity to create an organisational structure to continue this growth. As a result, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to assist with developing our business in its next phase of development.
It is envisaged that you will be based in our New Zealand Head office for around 12-18 months to gain experience and exposure to our business whilst becoming familiar with the Chinese market. After this time, you would relocate to our Guangzhou office in China.
Ideally you will have previous sales management experience in a medical device/healthcare/scientific/pharmaceutical environment and have a tertiary qualification in Science/engineering. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including excellent verbal and written English skills as you will be required to communicate with our Head Office on a regular basis. Your strong commercial insight, excellent leadership and influencing skills as well as some expereince selling capital and consumables will serve you well.
This role has a strong commercial focus. Reporting to and working closely with our General Manager in China, you will be involved in promoting F&P products and clinical messages to ensure best possible patient outcomes, best clinical practice and sustained utilisation of our products.
