About the role
Field calls in your native language and help to resolve product complaints and queries using a complaints handling system.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers from Korea with questions or complaints about their high-spec photography device. You will help complete sales and identify the right product for each customer.
The organisation provides excellent training and a supportive learning environment.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in Korean
- Must have good written communication skills in English
- Good listening skills in English and Korean are important
- Customer service experience in retail, hospitality or contact centres is a bonus
