Our in-house Contact Centre Team are an energetic group who enjoy their time together both in and out of work hours. Being a smaller team means that they are close knit and very supportive of each other. Due to an internal promotion, we now have a position available for a new Customer Service Representative to join this team!
Job tasks and responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are to receive incoming sales queries, provide the customer with accurate information that specifically relates to their needs and turn the query into a sale with an appointment booked at the customers nearest store.
Other areas of responsibility are;
- Customer sales enquiries via email
- Providing support to our store teams when necessary
Skills and experience
The ideal candidate for this role will have a serious sales focus and a genuine desire to provide the very best customer experience.
Some other key skills we are looking for;
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding phone manner
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office Suite)
- A solid understanding of the English language and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Pride in their personal appearance
- Adapts and thrives on change
- Previous tyre or automotive industry experience would be an advantage
This is a rostered position meaning that the hours are 40 hours per week spread across Monday to Saturday. During the roster rotation there is also one Friday off meaning you get a three-day weekend. You will never start earlier than 7.30 am and the Centre closes at 6 pm.
