We are looking for a person to join our team to help provide Tier One support to our clients with regards their faults and changes to contracts. These calls will include
Eftpos Terminal set up and dispatch
Eftpos Terminal faults – fixing over the phone and organising replacement units if required
Logging faults on alarm & CCTV systems
Escalation faults to the relevant parties where required
Logging of fault tickets and updating these
What you need
Excellent phone communication skills
English as your first language
Quick learner
Some level of technical skill, being able to follow simple processes for fault finding and set up, although we will provide full training if required
Ability to work well within a small team
Able to cope with a fast-paced environment where you need to be able to switch between tasks quickly
A can-do attitude
Good computer skill
Good organisation skills

You will be working with a small team of people based in Wairau Road who are all committed to providing quality service to our clients.
This would suit someone who has done some help desk work already maybe part time and now looking for a full-time role, or a graduate from a technical course looking for their first real world role, but all back grounds are welcome to apply subject to meeting the above requirements.
