The Company:
This iconic Kiwi retailer are well known for providing a wide range of affordable products to New Zealanders. With a number of inbound call centre positions available, this retailer is keen to welcome friendly and hardworking people to their down to earth team.
There are two full time inbound positions available on a 3 month fixed term contract, including:
- Sunday-Thursday 930am-6pm
- Sunday-Thursday 8am-430pm
As part of the on boarding process there will be 2-3 weeks training provided for all above positions. Part time positions require two weeks of full time training Monday to Friday 8:30-5pm.
The Role:
Inbound call centre roles will likely require you to:
- Provide exceptional customer service over phone, email and webchat
- Handle any queries, orders, refunds and returns
- Track orders and deliveries and handle any complaints as they arise
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Previous inbound call centre experience
- Excellent verbal communication and an engaging phone manner
- Great time management and ability to learn quickly
- Punctual, committed and available to start ASAP
