We are on the lookout for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our close knit Homecare and On Boarding Teams in our Quay St branch. This role is permanent, full time (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm).

The Role:

The core component of this role is to assist our Homecare and On Boarding teams with their client portfolios, as well as setting up new client referrals on a daily basis.

This involves rostering support workers on a daily basis to ensure our clients’ needs are met

Answering welcome calls and arranging visits for service plans

Liaising with our clients, support workers and occasionally our funders

Excellent communication skills are integral for this role.

Key tasks could include:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound calls and queries in a timely manner
  • Effective documentation of communication and client/support worker records
  • Relief management of client portfolios
  • Ensuring our support workers are in the right place at the right time
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team
  • Liaising with recruitment to hire support workers
  • Organising visits to complete Service Plans

What we require:

  • A minimum of at least 1 year experience within a call centre environment
  • Healthcare experience or experience within a similar healthcare role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive within a fast paced environment
  • Have an empathetic and caring nature, with a genuine interest in helping others
  • Able to problem solve and think on your feet
