About the company
Our client is looking for an outstanding individual to join their close-knit team on the North Shore.. With so much growth, and a move from Rosedale to Takapuna offices, an opportunity has arisen for a responsible and reliable individual who has an excellent phone manner, excellent communication skills and a patient and persistent attitude towards onboarding new business. No experience required, although quality work ethic essential, and a resilient and determined character a must.
About the role
A role that is all about onboarding new business. Spend your day making the introductory call that establishes the new relationship between businesses. You offer an excellent service with a great reputation – conviction and pride in what you sell is essential. You don’t need experience, but you do need a proven record of persistence and reliability, along with an excellent phone manner. You will be provided with a phone and laptop, and expected to reach easily achievable targets, in this base + commission role.
- Call from an existing portfolio – no hunting for new leads
- Liaise with sales representatives and enjoy a busy hard working team
- Bring a good understanding of IT systems - you will be entering data
- Identify opportunities to upsell sell or cross sell
- Handle questions, queries and concerns with a professional and friendly manner
Skills & experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- First class customer service skills and attitude
- Hunger for the “Yes” and confidence to make this happen
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Honest, driven and hard working
- Down to earth, positive and self-driven attitude
