About the role:
You’ll support recruitment across our Lower North Island region but will be based in our Wellington Regional office in Kaiwharawhara and working on a part time basis (20 hours per week). We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic recruiter with an ability to work beyond just the transactional recruitment processes. Our perfect person will be someone who can support national, and create regional, talent acquisition strategies that help us grow as the employer of choice in the ECE sector. 

About you:
Ideally you will be an experienced recruiter with in-house recruitment experience, who isn't afraid to get stuck in. Experience working in an educational environment is preferable but not essential. You’ll be a team player who naturally works collaboratively with stakeholders and is proactive to provide recruitment support to your customers (our ECE centres). Also important will be the ability to identify opportunities to develop and grow our relationships with tertiary providers who train ECE teachers.

Being an out of the box thinker is important too. We have robust recruitment processes already, what we need is someone who can help us identify opportunities to put our name forward and help us connect the dots connecting the right candidates with the right centres and add some creative flair to our advertising and approach. Due to the high volume of recruitment that this role entails, attention to detail  and great admin skills are a must!
