VisionWest are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join the HR Team. While previous experience is preferred, we are prepared to train up someone who has suitable skills and is a great fit for the team. 

To be successful in this role you will need to have the drive to meet set targets and succeed when challenges arise. Our ideal team member is someone with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Telephone and face to face interviews
• Liaising with candidates and staff
• Ensuring recruitment requests are actioned timeously
• Onboarding new recruits
• Ensuring documentation is completed correctly

Skills and attributes, we are looking for include:

• Strong administration and computer skills
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• A warm, welcoming and professional manner with the ability to engage easily with a wide range of people
• Goal oriented and results driven performance
• A good understanding of employment related legislation – or a willingness to learn
• The ability to manage confidential information appropriately
• The desire to be part of the ongoing work of VisionWest Community Trust
