We have a new opportunity requiring the talents and experience of an accomplished Business/Practice Manager with sound background in the professional services sector.
This newly registered opportunity is with one of our long-standing clients in the CA sector.
The role is multi-faceted and involves a mix of practice management (including overall responsibility for the HR function), general administration and accounts (including debtors, creditors), IT, Marketing etc.
You will be responsible to manage 12 direct reports and the role has a significant strategic aspect, working closely with/and supporting the partners in the firm to meet strategic goals.
HR and project management experience and proven people skills developed in the context of a professional services (ideally a chartered accounting) organisation are essential.
You will find the location convenient, if you live in the central/south or south east Auckland areas.
