Our client Zespri International Limited is the world’s largest marketer of kiwifruit, selling kiwifruit into more than 59 countries and managing 30 percent of the global volume. And their people are a critical part of their success.
The primary purpose of this position is to make an active contribution to creating the environment for a healthy, happy and high-performing workforce. This role will be part of a progressive Global HR team. While this is a non-traditional OD role, to be successful in this role you will have an understanding and demonstrate experience of initiatives, such as Leadership, Engagement, Learning, Culture and Performance and how they come together to impact Zespri's people experience and work to make it as positive, constructive and satisfying as possible.
You will be a hands-on doer who doesn’t mind working from the ground up and have the ability to build relationships quickly. You will demonstrate the great blend of curiosity, experience and humility – hungry to make a difference and committed to making Zespri even more successful.
Key capabilities needed:
- Be able to demonstrate required expertise, provide resources and services to help employees reach organisational goals
- Focused on solutions, and the most effective and efficient way to get there
- Understanding of how to design, develop and implement solutions that are simple, efficient and that end users love and adopt readily
- Be researched and aware of emerging technologies and new ways of working.
