As a result a unique HR opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused HR professional to join them on their growth journey. Part of a team leading the way in the delivery of exceptional events and hospitality services as the people expert you will be an integral part of the leadership team. This is an opportunity to really make a mark on this exciting business by enabling them to achieve their strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for overseeing all HR policies, processes and systems, supporting the business with employee relations, talent acquisition and management, L&D and performance management. This is a true HR generalist role which will see the successful candidate provide both strategic and operational support across the whole business.
When we say no two days are the same, we really mean it! We are looking for a proactive, commercially focused HR practitioner who is comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment constantly expanding their offering whilst maintaining exceptional service delivery. Alongside significant ER exposure it would be beneficial for you to have some experience in the hospitality sector and / or experience supporting a varied workforce across multiple sites.
