Drake Auckland City is looking for its next superstar! We are in search of a recruiter to join our busy team with an opportunity to grow a progressive career in the recruitment industry.
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter to take over a thriving temp hot desk and work alongside the Branch manager and a great team.
About the role:
- Managing end to end recruitment process and providing recruitment services to a range of industries from manufacturing through to corporate office roles.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Identifying prospective business opportunities
About you:
- Have previous recruitment experience with a natural flair to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great communications skills
- System savvy
- Have proven record in exceeding KPIs and is focussed on business development
- Have a well understanding of NZ Employment Laws
- Be a multi-tasker and highly motivated
