This maternity leave contract will see you working in the Engineering and Infrastructure sector for a global Kiwi company in New Zealand, and will give you the opportunity to work in a niche market with some interesting and unique Rem Challenges.

This specialist HR role will sit within a sizable and diverse team with a strong vision and inspirational management.

This role will see you being involved in, but not exclusive to:

• Managing the annual performance and Rem reviews
• Managing Rem initiatives
• Working with leadership around Rem planning and strategy
• Market Research and Rem benchmarking
• Data analysis and reporting
• Developing and managing ops Rem tools

To be successful in this position you will need to have:

• Highly effective communication skills
• The ability to build relationships across a large diverse, multicultural, multi-location, complex organization
• An analytical mind
• Strong technical abilities
• Ability to problem solve, think outside the square and take a proactive approach
