Ideally this role would suit someone from a banking recruitment background however the client knows that this area of the market is narrow. This role involves the management of two junior consultants with an aim to grow the team to 6+ As it stands the agency is a bit light on the leadership side so someone who has those qualities perhaps who hasn't been given the opportunity to work in a leadership role but has aspirations of management. If you have experience on the operational side; branch managers, mortgage managers, anything operational then please feel free to get in touch. Saying that, if you have experience within the accountancy and finance space it would still be good to chat. The agency has close relationships with two of the top 4 in Auckland and is no shortage of roles and the right person will be in a great position to not only build a team their own but also reap the rewards financially.
