As a Senior Services Specialist

You will be responsible for the achievement of customer satisfaction by building networks and relationships with prospective and key clients. If you love building relationships, achieving targets and working in a busy environment dealing with lots of customers over the phone, via email or face to face in a business portfolio, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets and retention goals by developing strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Maintain and grow accounts within a portfolio of business customers, increasing revenue through complete solution selling
  • Manage full cycle sales from prospect to close, ensuring complete and accurate information is captured in Salesforce.com
  • Act in the best interest of each customer and ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer issues
  • Increase focus on retention and on-going customer satisfaction to protect and grow revenue base

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a sales/customer facing role in a business-to-business environment
  • Experience within telecommunications industry is preferred
  • Strong track record in sales, specifically in solution selling
  • Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers as well as internal/external teams
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Self-starter who can build relationships quickly and can think on their feet
