Who the flick are we?

Where does your role fit?
As part of our front-line team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptionally human interaction with Flicksters (our awesome bunch of customers) both over the phone and through digital channels.

Your friendly and helpful manner, solutions-focused attitude, quick wit and quirky charm will ensure we provide every person who contacts us with the very best experience of #FlickLife. You’ll ensure our customers understand what makes us different and help them engage with our techy tools to make the most of being a Flickster. 
If you have experience serving customers, are up for big challenges, and love being part of something innovative and unique, then we’d love to hear from you.

To ace this role you will:

  • Have an engaging interpersonal style with great communication skills
  • Go the extra mile to help new customers understand our product and the compelling reasons to switch retailers
  • Have contact centre and/or electricity industry experience (not essential but preferred)
  • Strive to create a seamless, positive experience for customers joining Flick
  • Engage with Flicksters to help them get the full Flick experience and maximise their savings
  • Have great listening skills and the ability to relate to people, so you can gather feedback and help us continually improve how we engage with our customers
  • Open to learning new things and can handle change well 
  • Be confident communicating with customers on Facebook, Twitter and other social channels
  • Fit with our fast-paced, fun but hard-working crew.

We're currently on the look out for full timers, but are always on the look-out for people who are the right fit for our business as we grow.

Our Contact Centre hours of operation are:

  • 8am to 8pm Mondays to Fridays
  • 8.30am to 5pm weekends and public holidays
