About the role
Uniline NZ are looking for someone to join our customer service team, who is able to liaise, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.must be able to work under pressure and time constraints.
We are looking for the best customer services superstar who is genuinely excited to help customers. You will need to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. You need the ability to put yourself in the customers' shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless.
Problem-solving must come naturally as well as confidence, troubleshooting and investigation to find relevant information to resolve the customers complaints.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
