As a Contact Centre Representative you will be responsible for:

  • Taking a genuine interest in each customer to understand and find solutions for their insurance needs
  • Working with our customers to help eliminate their stress and provided certainty.
  • Pro-actively exploring a customers service and sales enquiries, looking at how you can consistently add value in every customer interaction
  • Being a supportive and actively involved team player - contributing ideas to continually improve our customer experience
  • Getting involved in team competitions and fun days!

You will start with 5 ½ weeks of full time paid class room training followed by 2 - 4 weeks of full time on the job training to get you up to speed. Once graduated from training, you would move onto a roster working around 23 hours per week. You will need to be available to work one of the following options:

  • A half day on Saturday and Monday (10am - 2pm or 9am - 1pm) plus two full days on ideally Friday and Sunday (23 hours per week).
  • Monday to Thursday 4pm - 8pm plus Friday 9am - 5pm (23.5 hours per week).
