Work for an organisation going through a massive agile transformation.
Working for an organisation engaged in agile transformation, work as an agile coach to help support the employees on their agile journey. You will be supporting agile teams, product management and scrum masters and anyone else keen to explore agile agility.
Your experience:
Below skills are required to deliver outcomes/targets:
- Proven hands-on Agile and Scrum Master experience
- Strong Agile coaching background
- Understanding of various frameworks and methodologies
- High energy and driven to deliver results
- Must be pragmatic and open-minded (not an Agile extremist and no egos please)
- Must be able to work in a team
You will be available mid-end July with an expected initial term through to mid-December with a possible extension and be in Wellington now.
