Project Management opportunity in a fast paced environment
My client is seeking a Project Manager that will own and manage the replacement of the current management system with Service Now. The ideal candidate would have proven success of Service Now implementations.
Ideally our candidate has 7 plus years proven success and demonstrated experience in:
- Managing technical change and delivery with strong engagement and communications with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, system integration partners, and internal teams
- Implementing and roll-out of management systems - preferably Service Now.
- A good understanding of Service Desk management and processes
- Managing IT Infrastructure projects including, networks, virtualisation, windows and desktop implementations, data centre migrations as well as a broad knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions
- Managing all aspects of the project life cycle and proven track record in delivery is a must
- Working in challenging and fast paced environments
- VMWare, Azure, AWS and O365
- Professional Project Management accreditation is desirable
- Agile certified
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- creating and managing project plans,
- stakeholder communication and management both internally and customer facing
- leading project teams to meet the clients requirements taking into account timelines, cost, risk and interdependencies within and outside the project
- the production and maintenance of all documentation
- procurement
- change control
- internal progress reporting
