Digital Business Analyst

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years experience delivering business analysis services in large, complex organisations
• Focus / interest around Design Thinking essential
• Must have experience working in strong Agile environments
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels within an organisation
• A demonstrated understanding of core business concepts across corporate services
• An ability to understand and apply strategic concepts and high-level business objectives in analysis work
• Experience in strategic analysis and writing business cases preferred
• Business process analysis and modelling
• Requirements elicitation and management.

Education & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or relevant higher education qualification preferred
• Business Process Management qualifications desirable.
