COMSMART specialises in project and change delivery, and IT service delivery capability. This includes consulting, project management, business analysis, architecture, and engineering. Our focus is on delivering successful projects, including hardware and software platform replacements, business and solution design, proof of concepts, system builds, and implementation.
We are looking to hear from experienced AWS Engineers to join a forward-thinking IT project. One of our biggest clients is moving their technology forward and want subject matter experts to assist them with advancing this.
This role is based in central Wellington, starting in approximately 2 weeks. This role is full time for an estimated period of 6 months.
This position is best suited for IT professionals who have a passion for Amazon Web Services platforms. It will require resources to explore public cloud and build/deploy new environments in AWS. Our client is in need of multiple capable AWS Engineers to assist them with this transition.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years relevant DevOps experience
- AWS certification (preferable)
- Cloud Technologies (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS)
- Amazon Web Services - essential
- Microsoft Azure - desirable
- Experience moving infrastructure into AWS
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work with multiple vendors and stakeholders
The roles available requires somebody who is proactive and takes ownership of their work however is open to feedback from senior managers and can engage with multiple stakeholders.
