We are currently looking for a Solution Architect to support the business in achieving its strategic objectives.
You will be a presales resource who leads the technical discussion with clients and helps to translate business need in technical solutions. You will need to produce scoping documents, engage with key stake holders and get involved in the tender process.
What we expect you to do
- Engaging with technical and business stakeholders to understand their needs
- Translating business needs into scoping documents (SOW & Work Orders)
- Taking the Lead on RFP, RFI and tenders that relate to your area of speciality
- Working with the broader Dimension Data teams to understand and develop services
- Engage with vendors and stay current in the technology domains you focus on
- Helping to drive the creation of new solution offerings to take to market
Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this job
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering, consulting and engaging with clients
- Strong customer facing experience, so that you can clearly articulate the value proposition to our customers in business terms
- Detail technical knowledge and project experience of at least:
- Mobility & Productivity - Microsoft Office 365 & Windows 10 - essential
- Collaboration -Cisco UC & Microsoft Skype / Teams - advantageous
- Customer Experience/ Contact Centre – Genesys CC & Cisco UCCE - advantageous
- TaaS or DaaS experience would be of value but is not essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to a variety of stakeholders
