Field Services Engineer

We are looking for our next Desktop or Field Engineer, building and supporting desktop and retail equipment across a range of environments.

We're looking for the right blend of technical and communication skills

We are looking for Desktop or Field Engineer to work in our team, building and supporting desktop and retail equipment across a range of environments (corporate, government and retail). This requires a solid base of desktop skills, advanced problem analysis skills, and a disciplined approach to work. Excellent customer service and communication skills, and great organisational and time management are also a must.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in the below:

Onsite/Field desktop support in a retail/corporate/government environment.
Desktop builds and installations
Deskside Application support and technical troubleshooting
Hardware failures and repairs
Knowledge of user configuration/Active Directory and networking
