Python Analyst Programmer

We are currently seeking an Analyst/Developer with a good solid 5+ years experience with the following skills for an initial 3 month contract starting in July: 

• Able to work from informal requirements definitions
• Solid experience with a database, preferably postgres
• Comfortable using a lot of stored procedures, some quite complex
• Solid Python experience doing back-end dev: long-running processes that crunch a lot of numbers, spread across multiple database back ends
• Comfortable using command line on Linux server

The type of work assignments means that you will be used to and can handle working under pressure and to deadlines. 

Also you need to have the ability to translate non-formal requirements into code hence the analyst background albeit this is very much Agile/Iterative development environment.
