Our client has a new and exciting opportunity to join their Contract Administration team as a Change and Reporting Specialist. This is an opportunity where you can progress your career and work in a fast-paced and dynamic industry.

The Change and Reporting Specialist key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing a change plan for the Contract Administration team
  • Proactively identifying and leading process improvement initiatives
  • Producing accurate and informative reporting
  • Building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing back up support to the Contract Administration Manager
  • Mentoring and developing others in the team

To be successful in this role you will have the following experiences:

  • Hands on experience in identifying and leading process improvements
  • Knowledge of Change Management principles and methodologies
  • Experience in leading change efforts (ideally end to end)
  • Proven background in delivering accurate and informative month end reporting

The successful candidate will have the following skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and relationship skills, including managing conflict situations in a positive way in order to resolve issues
  • Excellent team work skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and tools
  • Ability to lead an mentor others
  • Ability to self-manage time and workload within deadlines
  • Ability to lead and manage process improvements
