Senior JavaScript Developer - Focus on Backend and CMS Development
Your new company
Leading software product developer in Wellington is looking for an experienced JavaScript Developer to work within their product development team with the focus on innovation and ongoing support to their key government client base.
Your new role
You will be working closely with a team of developers and communicators to continuously create and deliver improvements to the product to ensure it is meeting the best web practices. You will be working in collaboration with the team to upskill and problem solve to find meaningful solutions while contributing to the open source community.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a well-rounded experienced individual with passion for technology and sees it as more than just a job but a creative pursuit. You will thrive in a collaborative environment while being able to take ownership of your own work.
Your previous technical experience in development will lead to your success, as will:
• Confident ability in PHP and Javascript (especially React), experience with CMS and Silverstripe framework is also desirable.
• The ability to be a collaborative employee helping others develop their skills as they help you improve yours.
