My client is an externally managed listed Unit Trust that invests in high quality industrial and business space property. It is an established business built around a modern portfolio, a wide customer base and a proven development capability. We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support and assistance to the Property Services Portfolio. 

This position is a full time position Monday to Friday with some flexibility with hours. This is such a great opportunity to develop your already sound administrative skillset with an organisation that really values their people and offers growth and progression within.

General assistance to the wider Property Services team in all aspects of their work, including:

  • Planned Maintenance Invoices allocations, verification and coding for signing
  • Answering correspondence and monitoring payments for supplier invoices
  • Administration of property management and documentation management systems
  • Assistance with the preparation of set-up documentation for new Leases
  • Manage the documentation and tracking of the arrears control process
  • Organising meetings and liaising with clients, tenants, consultants, contractors, building supervisors etc
  • Manage the process for tracking of all Heads of Agreement’s for the Stabilised Portfolio
  • Managing process of coding and payment of invoices and getting appropriate Manager approvals
  • Liaising with lease administration in order to meet deadlines
  • Assistance with CAPEX forms, credit notes and accounts reconciliation
  • P rovide reception cover from time to time and back up to the service desk when the Customer Service Co-ordinator is unavailable
  • Provide general administration and PA assistance where required

We are looking for the following skills/experience and attributes:

  • Self-starter, driven and have a really nice enthusiastic attitude
  • Excellent communicator, verbal and written
  • Organised and accurate
  • Problem solver and able to work under minimal supervision
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Previous administration experience (at least 2-3 years)
