As a Customer Service Representative at CARTERS Glenfield, you'll be service superstar known for your initiative and willingness to lend a hand. No two days are the same at our branch so you'll be quick to change pace and thrive on the potential to continually learn and develop your skills. This role is predominately based at our trade counter with an all-rounder approach to service and advice across all our products and services.
THE ROLE:
•Providing service to customers across the trade counter
•Processing customer orders and sales documentation
•Counter service and sales
•Dealing with customer product queries
•Assisting in other areas of the business as and when needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
•You're hands-on type of person
•You enjoy providing excellent customer service
•You'll have a keen interest in the Building/Trade industry
•You may even be an ex-builder wanting a change in direction
•Able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen
