The Opportunity
As Content Developer you will be responsible for working with the wider IS team to develop inhouse IS training solutions and content development for training modules across the business. This is a varied role with scope to grow over the next 12-18months. You will be the enabler, so all staff can be confident, efficient and supported users of information technology.
The Role
Due to internal promotion we are now looking for a content developer to join the IS team. You will develop and implement user assistance content, such as user guides, quick guides, online help, micro-content, videos etc. You will maintain and improve online eLearning modules. You will collaborate with SME's, Project teams etc. to assess and analyse user training requirements, design learning outcomes and, deliver training plans. You will be required to facilitate learning groups/ workshops, training via Webex etc. Most importantly, you'll need to be able to think outside of the box, be solutions driven and ensure training is delivered on time and to requirements.
About you
In order to be successful in this position we require you to have;
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- 5+ years' experience in technical communication, information design, instructional design etc.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP systems
- Experience in supporting application support and development activities
- Content Strategy and content delivery design experience
