Reporting to the IT Manager, in this role you will provide support for critical business applications, work with the team on special projects and conduct business analysis to this forward thinking organisation.  In this critical role, you will help develop efficient systems and processes that will support business growth.

Specifically, you will be responsible for developing an in depth understanding of the company’s key contracts and the processes required to meet the contract specifications – analysing and redesigning  business processes; conducting process improvement projects; evaluating and specifying  software applications, the development of training resources and then training those within the business on new and refined business processes. A key part of this role will be to work closely with the IT Manager on specific projects.

Your success in this role will be driven by the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or related discipline;
  • Sound knowledge of software and information systems
  • Significant experience in business analysis and preparation of business and technical doucmentation;
  • Advanced Excel, Data Structures and database management knowledge and skills;
  • Strong relationship management skills;
  • Solid process development and improvement experience;
  • Critical thinking; visual and conceptual modelling skills;
  • Ability to interpret and make recommendations.
