About The Role

We are looking for an experienced business analyst to maintain, configure and optimize Salesforce to drive business transformation, create efficiencies and enable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, configuring and maintaining application modules, reports, processes and campaigns
  
• Identifying business requirements
  
• Providing integrated process and system solutions
  
• Optimizing Salesforce via data, process and system integration activities - e.g. configuration, data translation and transformation, data quality audits, enhanced workflows and user experience.
  
• Providing front line user support
  
• Collaborating with architecture and operations teams to ensure technical aspects of solutions are aligned with customer needs and business strategy
  
• Ensuring quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligations in accordance to Fleetcor's policy and procedures
  
• Developing a full understanding of internal and external customer needs
  
• Evaluating opportunities to address unmet requirements
  
• Supporting the business and technical interface between assigned business
  
• Working cross functionally within the business to achieve improvements
  
  
  

About You

You will be a strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, and the ability to negotiate and influence across a business.

To be considered for this position you will have:

• Minimum 5 years in the workforce with a broad range of experience in business analysis and improvement, process and functional solution design and implementation.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Salesforce administration and configuration
  
• Salesforce certification is a bonus.
  
• Strength in wide-scale process mapping and re-engineering as well as experience in functional design solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to problem solve and take initiative to identify, evaluate and translate data into appropriate outcomes
  
  

Additionally, you will be able to think through problems and make actionable recommendations.

Project management and exposure to the fuel, oil, or banking sector a bonus.
