The Role:
Join our growing team as a Senior Visual Designer where you'll use a combination of creativity and strategy, intuition and analytics to create best-in-class experiences to serve our customer needs and foster an ongoing customer relationship through delightful interactions with our site.
You will own the visual design of the marketplace site, ensuring consistency across multiple platforms and application of proven design principals.
A true collaborator, you'll be working with a wide range of stakeholders including product managers, business stakeholders, testers, and developers.
The skills and experiences you'll bring to our team:
You are an experienced visual/UI designer in the digital space with a strong portfolio to back it up. You should bring the following:
- Extensive experience in visual design across multiple online/web/digital products
- Experience of designing with agile delivery teams
- Good understanding of user centred design methods and principles
- Proven experience in cross-platform design
- Outstanding communication skills and an engaged and confident attitude
- A relaxed and easy-going attitude, and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
