As E-Commerce Assistant, you will be tasked with assisting in the smooth running and continuous improvement of the Sisters & Co website. You will play a key role in the management of product uploading, social media content and email marketing. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all products are online in a timely fashion and are presented to the highest standard to maximise the opportunity for conversion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively as part of a medium-sized team.
The Role:
· Generate web sales while reaching and exceeding targets
· Running of social media across all divisions, sourcing relevant imagery, content creation and scheduling.
· Responsible for social media engagement
· Ensuring new products are uploaded as soon as possible and all stock is featured on the website at all times
· Writing product descriptions with correct garment information
· Assisting with graphic design when required
· Assisting with photo shoots and styling
· Liaising with online customers and providing a high level of customer service
Essential Skills/Abilities:
· Strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task
· Creative and passionate about fashion
· A team player with the ability to chip in when needed
· A positive, proactive attitude
· Basic understanding of Adobe Suite (in particular Adobe Photoshop)
· Basic photography skills
· Excellent customer service skills
Desired Experience:
· Previous experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platform
· Previous experience with Social Media content creation and management
