At Ebbett Toyota, we're currently in a progressive mode and have many new and exciting changes on the horizon.
Due to our continued growth we require a Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated Service team in Hamilton.
In this role you will be the initial contact for any customers calling our busy service department. Therefore, it is essential you are comfortable working in a phone based role and have a professional and friendly attitude.
You will be responsible for taking detailed messages from our customers and passing them on to the appropriate staff member. You will also learn how to take bookings over the phone and input them into our in house computer system.
The successful applicant will also need to be able to demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Confident computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
- An approachable personality
- Clear communication skills
