About the role
- Process sales orders for NZ and AUS customers in MYOB
- Place orders on Cryer warehouses for release and delivery to agreed timeframes
- Organise direct delivery orders via partner suppliers
- Attend and respond to customer telephone enquiries, orders and issues and timely follow-up
- Arrange credits, adjustments and raise and manage cases in our CRM, MS Dynamics.
About your experience
First and foremost, we’re after someone who is passionate about delivering an efficient, consistent first-class service to our customers - they are the reason we continue to grow and feed the growing craft beer movement! You should be able to demonstrate outstanding time management, organisation and communication skills as these will be critical to your success.
Many of the processes in this role can be repetitive and we encourage you to consider whether this is the type of work that you would enjoy before submitting an application. Nevertheless, as we continue to grow and evolve, your interest in continuous improvement ideas that give us an edge in our service will be welcome
Finally, although not essential, we would welcome your experience in an FMCG environment and/or exposure to working in a CRM or with MYOB.
