We are looking for strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills for this not for profit organisation with a well-known and iconic brand. As an experienced customer service advocate, you will be responsible for providing 'first class' customer service to a wide range of people from all different backgrounds. You will also be able to comfortably adapt and personalise your approach, as you will be dealing with a wide spectrum of queries.

This organisation has strong ethics and values around teamwork, and providing the best possible service to their customers and clients alike. As such, it is imperative that you are very customer focused. You should possess the ability to pick up complex technical information and able to relay this to the relevant customer / client base.

We are looking for Customer Service Consultants, who are professional in both communications and presentation; have high standards around the value of customer experience and want to provide a service stands out from the crowd! If you have experience in the call centre space that could work to your advantage but we are also keen to at graduates who are looking at working with an exceptional organisation that encourages ongoing development and training.
