This could also be considered a supercharged PA for the whole team -  involving operational and logistics both internally and externally. You would ideally be a wee bit obsessed with systems and the need for using, maintaining and enhancing those systems. You are often the first point of contact for the company so people skills and a positive can-do attitude is crucial in this role. You are allowed to be slightly pedantic and have a knack for getting humans to do things ... (without them knowing that you made them do it the right way and on time). Good luck, this is not an easy job, but it is that much easier if you’re the super organised personality type. The reality is that we are a rapidly evolving, growing company, so you need to be adaptable and flexible in your communication and work style to fit in with our team. If we were to sum up in one statement: we are looking for ‘start-up attitude’ - collaborative with an entrepreneurial, get-stuck-in approach.

Substantial stuff

• 3-5 years coordinating, administrative or assistant experience
• Advanced user of general office technology (G Suite is what we use)
• Affinity for technology and ability to pick up new systems easily
• Proven ability to prioritise and juggle many tasks simultaneously
• Speedy work pace and the ability to focus on the task at hand
• Excellent written, communication and people skills
• Proven customer focus and meticulous attention to detail
• NZ residency
• What you’ll be doing:
  • Scheduling, comms and ensuring compliance related to regular customer maintenance and monitoring tasks
  • Project coordination between customer and internal team including communications, scheduling, hardware procurement, invoicing
  • Ongoing customer service and support coordination - making sure help docs are awesome, onboarding is smooth, support desk is running like a well oiled machine and customers are happy
  • Customer contract management from process through to creation and systems
  • Become an expert in our key work system (Accelo) keeping it accurate, working on improvements and ensuring team uptake and correct use
  • Arranging team meetings, internal events and our xmas party
  • Assisting HR with new hire recruitment and onboarding from a process standpoint
