You’ll be working out of our lively Mt Eden office space as an administrator for Australia based firm, Nectar Mortgages. We work in a collaborative, supportive atmosphere and proudly deliver great solutions to a variety of clients.
The position is ideally suited to someone who would like to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours to cover leave or sickness.
Core responsibilities:
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Client liaison, responsible for the new broker on-boarding process
• General administration & office support
• Basic contract administration
About you:
We are looking for someone with a friendly and helpful attitude, confidence, an ability to see what is needed and a strong desire to get it done.
To be successful in this position you will need:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to converse with a range of clients and co-workers
• Computer competency with advanced Word and Excel knowledge and experience with MYOB
• Previous experience in an office administration role in NZ with customer focus
• A positive and flexible attitude with excellent time management skills
• The ability to work confidently without supervision
• A genuine desire to work part-time
• An eye for detail
