About the Position and You:

In this role you will be working in the Finance team, and in close collaboration with our Medical and Pharmacy Support Office Operations teams to ensure that all shareholder, contractual, legal and banking administration is performed to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness.

You will support the Group Financial Controller with the administration of the Group's transactional banking requirements and manage all governance requirements for the Group's subsidiary and associate entities on behalf of all shareholders.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following capabilities:

  • Understanding of the core construct of legal agreements and company governance processes
  • Familiarity with commercial (business) banking administration
  • Intermediate level user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail oriented and highly results-driven
  • Ability to form sound working relationships with a wide range of people
  • High level of communication skills - written and face to face
  • A drive to improve service through accuracy and timeliness of information
  • Ability to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgement
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and meet short and long-term deadlines
  • A positive 'can do' approach
  • Tertiary qualified and/or significant financial/office administration experience
