One of our childcare centres in Central Auckland is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator.  

You will be joining a friendly team who work closely together to ensure excellent service and support to our children and parents. 

Flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to help on the floor if/when required is a must.  The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Proven time management skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in MAC Operating System, MS Excel and Word, E-mail application.
  • Good general knowledge of accounts processes and customer account query resolution.
  • Experience in invoicing and credit management is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of the Ministry of Education ECE regulations is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy would be an advantage but is not necessary.

The start date for this position will be ideally be as soon as possible, days of work are Monday - Friday, full time (32-40 hrs per week).
