One of our childcare centres in Central Auckland is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator.
You will be joining a friendly team who work closely together to ensure excellent service and support to our children and parents.
Flexibility, a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to help on the floor if/when required is a must. The ideal candidate must have the following qualities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great attention to details.
- Great customer service skills.
- Proven time management skills.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team.
- Proficiency in MAC Operating System, MS Excel and Word, E-mail application.
- Good general knowledge of accounts processes and customer account query resolution.
- Experience in invoicing and credit management is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Ministry of Education ECE regulations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy would be an advantage but is not necessary.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
The start date for this position will be ideally be as soon as possible, days of work are Monday - Friday, full time (32-40 hrs per week).
