The Finance Service Delivery team provides financial advice and business decision support to budget holders and committee forums with financial governance responsibilities. Providing finance business partnering, performance analysis, management reporting, budgeting and forecasting support, ‘deep dive’ financial assessment and strategic financial input to the organisation.

As the Finance Manager Service Delivery, you will manage and lead a team of 3 Team Leaders, Senior Financial Advisors and Financial Advisors regionally and centrally undertaking strategic financial budgeting, reporting and financial management advice and consultation with Portfolio budget holders and staff.

Key knowledge and skills include:

• Strong business & commercial acumen and a good understanding of modern business management and financial analysis techniques
• Highly developed and in-depth knowledge of financial management in a complex corporate environment
• Experience in applying analytical methods to complex issues
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of management accounting and financial management principles and practices

You will be responsible for setting direction of the Financial Advisor team, coordinating workflow and resource availability, training, coaching and mentoring staff to ensure a high-quality service. This is a key senior role providing trusted, insightful and comprehensive financial advice to the organisation and its Leaders.
