We need a Billing Administrator to join our Contracts and Billing team. This role will see you working closely with the team as they collate and validate meter reading data.
This is a great little team that work cohesively to consistently deliver for our customers.
The Role:
- Meter reading collection and collating
- Liaise with customers around any queries
- Monthly customer billing processing
- Manage customer invoicing
About You:
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Accurate and efficient data entry and excellent attention to detail
- Good communicator
You don't need experience in a billing role, as long as you're good with numbers and have the right attitude.
You'll need to comfortable working with numbers, have excellent attention to detail, and be someone who can pick things up quickly and hit the ground running!
