The Role



Calling out all Customer Service Specialists for a 3-6 month fixed term contract. We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic and engaging team members who love dealing with customers to join an ever expanding and successful company.


What’s the opportunity?


This is a great opportunity for a Customer Service Super star who is hungry to upskill and be given extra responsibility. Being part of a forward-thinking team, you will support customers with queries and provide them with quality solutions. You will work directly with customers and naturally be a someone that enjoys building quality relationships.


  

What will you be doing?

 

This role will keep you busy and challenged in a fast-paced environment. You will own your communications to customers and use your problem-solving skills to proactively find solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for

  • Providing excellent phone and email support to customers
  • Processing order
  • Quoting costs and prices
  • Handling warranty and return queries
  • Forwarding enquiries to relevant departments
  • Managing database information and updating the CMS system
  

The Ideal Candidate

  • Enjoys building relationships and customer oriented
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbally and written
  • Ideally prior experience working in the financial services industry or similar
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven experience in problem solving
  • Team player
