Here's your chance to join a small Customer Care Team that is fully committed to what they do. Team fit is extremely important in order to win this role. We are looking for somebody with a bubbly, outgoing personality who can bring their "A Game" on a daily basis.
On a day to day basis you will be required to carry out all the usual customer service duties including dealing with enquiries, problem solving and administration.
This fast-paced role will suit someone who loves a challenge and enjoys "making a difference". To win this role, you must have a CV that proves a successful track record of B2B customer service experience. You will need to be highly organised, able to operate effectively under pressure and have exceptional communication skills.
The ability to think outside the square and the capacity to absorb technical information within an ever-changing telecommunications market is essential.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years front line customer service experience in either a Customer Service Department or Contact Centre.
