About the role
We are looking for a bubbly Service Administrator/Advisor to be the new face of our busy dealership. You will be responsible for service administration, managing bookings, invoicing, customer retention and our new CRM system.

Skills and experience
Our ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- At least 1 year in a administration or customer service role
- Confidence building rapport with a wide range customers
- Ability to communicate professionally with our customers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Self motivated and a self starter
- High level of personal presentation
- Clean NZ drivers licence and confident driving a manual vehicle
