We are looking for a passionate and experienced administrator, to join this growing division and support management in coordinating all major admin functions.
What does the role entail?
- Provide central coordination of all major administration functions for division
- Review and process all contracts, statements of work (SOW’s), Service Tickets and invoicing
- Coordinate and manage quotation and billing data
- Coordinate budget cycle and revenue forecast process
- Provide reporting from central applications to management team, including monthly region report requirements
- Manage 3rd party vendors
- Assist in evolving and streamlining existing business processes
- Management of one direct report
The successful candidate should tick the following boxes:
- Financial Acumen, including experience in annual budget cycles, forecasting and revenue and reconciliation.
- Strong co-ordination and organisational/ time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to deal with both internal and external customers
- Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Self-managing, proactive and confident.
- Experience in an IT/Software environment beneficial
