We are looking for a passionate and experienced administrator, to join this growing division and support management in coordinating all major admin functions.

What does the role entail?

  • Provide central coordination of all major administration functions for division
  • Review and process all contracts, statements of work (SOW’s), Service Tickets and invoicing
  • Coordinate and manage quotation and billing data
  • Coordinate budget cycle and revenue forecast process
  • Provide reporting from central applications to management team, including monthly region report requirements
  • Manage 3rd party vendors
  • Assist in evolving and streamlining existing business processes
  • Management of one direct report

 

The successful candidate should tick the following boxes:

  • Financial Acumen, including experience in annual budget cycles, forecasting and revenue and reconciliation.
  • Strong co-ordination and organisational/ time management skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to deal with both internal and external customers
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Self-managing, proactive and confident.
  • Experience in an IT/Software environment beneficial
