With several years' PA/EA experience under your belt, you will seamlessly take the reins and provide outstanding support to the Executive Director and Sales Director. Adept at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, you have an unflappable and obliging nature
The role will include:
- Monthly reporting and Data base management
- Diary, email and meeting management;
- Coordination of communication, newsletters, website and emails
- Organising travel, accommodation and occasional events
- General office duties to make the business run smoothly

For success you'll need:
- At least 2 years' experience providing support at a senior management level;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; especially Excel
- Experience managing a CRM and inventory system
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Naturally you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously with a warm, professional approach.
