Our client is a well-known New Zealand company who are a market leader in the direct selling industry and have been in business since 1973. They offer and sell a wide range of products with up to 2,000 options and are supported by a well-resourced customer experience team. They are now looking to establish a new-found role for an experienced Outbound Telephone Sales Representative.
About the Role:
As a newly established role, it will be the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic sales focused individual to step up and drive the role into absolute success. The role is predominantly Business to Consumer (B2C), so you will be dealing with a portfolio of existing customers who have made recent purchases or have had long standing relationships with the business, so building/maintaining a strong rapport with each customer is crucial. This will be a high-volume calling role, so good time management skills are a must!
Key Skills & Experience:
• Proven strong experience within an Outbound Telesales Role, not account management (2 years+ will be in your favour).
• Have an energetic, resilient and positive attitude.
• Able to take ownership of the role with absolute confidence.
• Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills.
• Provide an excellent customer experience with each phone call.
Benefits for you:
• Great base salary of $50,000 with uncapped commission, including a lump sum bonus if targets are met.
